Jane Lo was called to the Ontario bar in 2005, after receiving her law degree from Queen's University. Jane joined Klaiman Edmonds in 2006. She has over 8 years of experience in litigation. Jane has a broad and varied practice, with emphasis in the areas of personal injury, accident benefits and commercial litigation. Jane believes in listening to her clients and understanding how their losses affect their livelihoods, and is always available to address her clients' concerns. She is a fierce advocate on behalf her clients to ensure that they obtain the best possible outcome.

Jane is an experienced litigator, and regularly appears in Superior Court of Ontario, Ontario Court of Appeal, Divisional Court, Small Claims Court, Ontario Court of Justice. She has also appeared in the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, Ontario Human Rights Commission, the Real Estate Council of Ontario and the Landlord and Tenant Board. Jane is involved in every step of the litigation process, and has attended numerous examinations of discovery, motions, pretrials and trials.

Although fearless in advocating her clients' position in court, Jane also believes that many matters can be resolved expeditiously through negotiation between parties. Jane optimizes settlement opportunities for her clients with her negotiation skills. Jane is also very familiar with the mediation and arbitration process at the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, and has obtained excellent results for her clients.

Jane is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association.

Jane is fluent in Cantonese, and can give legal advice in both English and Cantonese.
